Clorox and Scoopaway Litter have some sort of points reward promotion that the more you buy, the more points you get and accumulate and then you can redeem them for items.
Well, doesn't really happen that way. Back in October I earned 400 "Pawpoints" and redeemed it for an item called Snuggle Sac (for my cat). I only had to pay a little bit for shipping and thought it was a great deal.

It's now MARCH - of the following year - and my cat still has no snuggle sac. I have called them over EIGHT times and they ALWAYS say the same thing: "the item has been shipped and we don't have a tracking number just yet, but later on this afternoon I will call you and let you know the status."

It's been FIVE MONTHS of this back and fourth. Spoken to MANY supervisors and managers - you name it! Everytime it's the same problem.

It's a snuggle sac for a cat, for cryin' out loud!
