Complaint Review: Closeoutgenius

I ordered a camera from this company, the price was probably too good to believe! I then received an email that the order would take at least two days to process . . . warning flags went up!

I checked this site and realized this was going to be a painful experience, so I called, but no answer. I then emailed to check on the status of the order, no response.

Checking the order on line, they now want me to call to confirm (yesterday showed in process) but their phone again does not answer.

Now, I merely sent an email that I will not call to confrim and to cancel the order.
