Closeout Genius After Order and Confirmation, No Merchandise ,Garmin Nuvi Sent. Las Vegas Internet
After ordering a GARMIN nuv 265WT Travel Assistent,
the company sent an e-mail, asking to call for
verification of the order. I made the call and was
told that the merchandise would be sent.
Weeks later, none was received. When I called back,
I was told that the merchandise was unavailable. Why
didn't they say this on the phone during the
confirmation call?
Interestingly enough, I went through the same problem
with TECHonDIGITAL.com just a week before that, and
the person who answered the phone on 877-425-9933
sounds exactly the same as the one who answers the
Closeout Genius call.
Since they have the credit card number, I m now going
to call the credit card fraud department, making sure
that they don't try to charge the card with the purchase
amount.
