Seeking sales professional with 5+ years telephone sales experience to qualify our web leads and live transfer them over the our call center to speak to a licensed representative. Will log into our dialer to call on our leads. Job is for 15 hours on the dialer. We will continue rehiring for this role as long as transfers are being fulfilled.
Must have high-speed internet and a high-quality headset to make calls."
This is 100% everything that was told on the job, so after working 3 days at 4 to 6hrs a day on my last day when I showed up to work they said to come back at 12 noon instead of the normal 10am shift.. at 12 noon they didn't let me Log into the system and work so I wasted my time being free and available on my last day to work
2nd the sales training was very bad, many good leads that could have been qualified were not qualified based on the sales training and after asking some questions they had exceptions to the rules and said they do qualify
3rd The leads were bad, most callers would say "remove me from the list" before I can even say and many would say you have been calling me for the past week so stop calling, this was 80% of the calls and the last 19% of the calls the people have been taken care of from up to 1 year ago and are lost on how they are being contacted now. So for the 1% the people that would maybe be looking 99% of them would not qualify
I have been working in sales for 19 years and owned my own company for 9 years and have worked in call center training and managing people for the past 4 years now
They have refused to pay me after the work was finished
I asked them if i was working with them inside an office and did this to me I would go Report their company
I would strongly recommend to anyone who is offered a job with this company to collect payment for any work in Advance
