Without a doubt, the single WORST company I have ever done business with. I consider hiring them to be the worst financial mistake I have ever made.
I hired them to build garage cabinets; $4500 contract. A complete and total 6-week nightmare to work with. Incorrect design and basic flaws and mistakes in the design. Sloppy installation.
60% of the cabinet work had to be re-done. Messy and unskilled installation. For the price, very poor quality materials and poor workmanship. Had to baby-sit the crews all day to ensure that they could follow simplest design.
Workers are unmotivated and will smoke in your driveway; butts even left near front porch. Management will not return your calls or e-mails until you pester the hell out of them.
They took almost 3 weeks of constant nagging just to send me a receipt. Managers are not easily accessible. They will not return e-mail. They will not acknowledge receipt of Faxes. They make nothing but excuses. They love to use the classic it's in the mail BS that I thought went out of style years ago. This attitude goes to the very top of the management chain.
If you hire this company, you will be making a tremendous mistake you will live to regret.
