Closets By Design, Mary Conway charged me for shelves and drawers before they even made them and delivered them Hamilton New Jersey
When I first had the closet designed they came finally to install it and the shelves were damaged and some were missing, they came back after several months and told me they would replace the bad chips in the shelves but if I wanted the two drawers covered, it was an additional charge because Mary never stated they would look like that so I ordered some new drawers because I wanted them to be covered. So because of Mary's mistake I had to pay extra for something which should have been done right from the beginning. They automatically charged my credit card without even telling me, I told her I would not pay for anything until the job was complete.
As of today January 14, 2006 my order for the 2 drawers and the chips in the shelves have not been replaced yet. My credit card has charged over 2 months ago and I have not even received a phone call from anyone at the company. I have tried to call and Mary or anyone else has not called me back.
They have been nothing but trouble from the beginning. They never returned our phone calls and always made appointments with us and cancelled them.
I am still waiting for a call back from Mary Conway the person in charge of my job at Closets by Design.
I would never recommend this company to anyone.
