clothingloves.com Sent me completely wrogn item and only offered 50% back and no replacement with correct item. Beijing Internet

I order 2 pairs of pants and when received only one item was what I ordered.

The other pair was not at all what I had order in color or style.

I contacted customer care and was only told I could keep the item, get 50% back and get upgraded to VIP so I could buy more of their stuff at a discount.

I explained that I had no interest in keeping the item as I did not like it and that I had no interest in getting a discount for future purchases if it was going to be a gamble getting what you actually order with no option to return at full refund.

They never answered me back and when I sent the message again I kept getting the same offer. 50% back and VIP status.

I have tried calling all numbers on their site but they are either out of service or end up at people who have no idea what the company is. Also, when customer care responded it was from a gmail address and not a corporate email address.

Stay away from this website.
