Cloud Company Services/Epic Financial Resource Bankrupcty, lying, deceipt, Bloomberg UT Internet
On June 28, I received a call from Paul Dillard with Cloud Company services, saying they had a great work at home business that I qualified for. It was having merchants get a reduction in credit card fees and saving lots of money for them. The previous associate in my area and died and left my area of Texas in need of a help. I was busy trying to pack and leave for vacation. After 2 hours on the phone with Paul, I felt secure enough to join. I gave him $500 to secure my place in the business.
When I returned from my vacation, I received a call from several people, were given several team members names and was put on 3 way call with Paul Dillard. My campaign manager was Dave Marsh. His assistant Courtney Benson. In a weeks time, I was in contact with them every day. I was guaranteed this was a $100K dollar a year income and in 45 days I would earn enough to be debit free. Before I signed up, I did some research and did not find any complaints against this company. So felt it was legit.
Courtney took my credit cards and ran them for possible charges. I ended up with 2 credit cards being billed $7500. I was given 300 leads, a website and was in contact with my campaign manager every week giving me details. I was also contacted by Business Online Solutions regarding starting an LLC. I ended up paying an additional $4995 to take a course on line and they do all the paperwork to create me an LLC to assist in my "business" transactions. I received mulit calls thru the year from this company as they would help me with my taxes and get a "grant" to cover the money invested.
By September the calls from Paul Marsh slowed. I would receive my last call from him in September and after I called weekly, they finally called me back Nov 27, 2013. He apologized but said they had phone issues and he gave me his new phone # 866-946-5694. Advised they were working on my accounts diligently and had a few merchants interested. I did email Courtney and received return emails. They were helpful and answered questions when I asked.
I received NO calls from Nov 27ty 2013 until 27 Feb 2014. He apologized, said it was hectic from the holidays. They were back on track and had 2 clients that accounts were in underwriting. Everything was still going well and I should expect to see profit/check within 30 days. My next call would be 9 March 2014 with an update. If I haven't heard from him, give him a call. March 9th came and went. I began calling everyday all month. Still no reply. By 4th April 2014, I fianlly reached someone in their main office. I filed a verbal complaint with a Ron Kyle. Phone 801-889-2640. He was very sympathic and apologized. Said this is NOT how they operate, he would immediately contact HR and elivate my claim to a manager. I would be contacted by them that day or early the next morning. Nothing was heard by the weekend.
Monday morning 8th April I started calling again. The phone would ring at least 10 times. Recording said to leave a message and they would return my call. Nothing. I called for weeks multi times a week and even multi times a day. I got to the point I began cursing and leaving nasty voice mail. Hoping someone would take notice. Still nothing.
In the mean time, I called BSO asking them to tell me how I can get in touch with CCS. They never heard of them or Epic Financial. I asked they put me in touch with a Scott Parker who I spoke to with BSO. He is no longer with the company. I spoke to 3 people with BSO and they said they can't help me. They also had no record of anything on my account other than $4995 for classes. They had no idea why I was calling and could not refund me.
Being ripped off of a total of $13K between both companies, I contacted my credit card companies. They investigated and said because I approved the charges I could not be reimbursed. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Utah only to be told they closed the investigation as they could not reach this company.
I had to sell my house as I was overwhelmed with fees trying to pay off my credit cards. I am very seriously thinking of filing bankruptcy on my credit cards. I can't see paying for services never rendered due to lies, fraudulent company and inconsiderate jerks who dwell and feed off of ripping people off. I have myself to blame as i was in need of financial income after retiring. I can assure you that if the woman in my area died, it was because she was ripped off and either starved to death from the non-results of the company income or of a heart attack trying to get her money back. I have kept my phone #'s, names, and copies of transaction on this. I am sick to death that I must start all over in life at the age of 57 due to these weasles.
I hope the people associated with this scam rots in hell and may the plagues of million fleas infest their armpits and crotch and their arms too short to scratch!
