Complaint Review: Cloud Real Estate

I rented a home in 2013.  There was a $500.00 dep.  I  was never late or short on rent. Gave proper notice and even rented a larger and more expensive house with my boyfriend.  They did not inform me of a no return on my first deposit until after we signed new lease.  I and 3 others cleaned the house in which i lived by myself and very clean.  I paid to have yard done and paid proffessional to clean carpet.  They took all my deposit.  Then the second deposit was $900.00 and they took all but $77.00 of it.  They made up all kinds of stuff there too.  This has never happened to me. The second rent was $1000.00.  No late fees.
