Ordered a toilet seat from Cloud Soft in May. My credit card was charged the next day. The product was never delivered. Contacted the company by email several times without getting a response. My fauly for not disputing the charge but their web site they were moving their operations and products may be delayed.

 I ordered a toilet seat on August 4th of 2017. It’s November 30th and Not a d**n thing. They didn’t even respond to an email I sent to them. I paid for it up front and everything. They have this cockamamie story about how they moved and it was a Long time ago and haven’t been able to keep up. Really? Most companies would hire people to fix the problem but I guess almost 4 months seems to be acceptable business practice for this disrespectful company to do business. Well that Is UNACCEPTABLE TO ME. I’m going to file a complaint with my state Attorney General and the BBB. This company is a FRAUD!

The day after I submitted this report I received an email stating that my order was being prepped for shipment. Interesting that they could tie my complaint to me. Or was I the only one who fell through the cracks? 

Anyway I have received the product today and it is a very good product.

Just be aware that the company will charge your credit card at time of order and customer service is very poor. I would have had no problem waiting if they were that behind but to not keep you abreast of the situation does nobody any good.
