I recently signed up for this stupid card called Clout Visa Limited Card. Since i got it I payed for gas like 2 times, never going above 15.00 each time. Then I took out 250.00 for my car that needed a new clutch. That was just the beginning.

2 or 3 days later I tried getting gas... NOPE! denied, I called the company and they told me I was over limit 96.00, understand I had a 600.00 limit. This is my 1st CC, ill never use this card company agian, i would suggest you do the same, not only that, but that calls are still coming. All there is to say is I didn't spend 600 dollars. They did. And I will join the Class Action Law suit that will consume their small backup agency.

First, I would like to say monthly statments are mailed that detail EXACTLY where you have made every transaction. You can also view your transaction history at clout.com or call customer service for your transactions history (OUR # is on the back of your card/statment/and online.)

WHEN YOU SAY YOU CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE DID YOU ASK WHAT CHARGES YOU HAD ON THE ACCOUNT TO MAKE YOU OVER YOUR LIMIT?

If there really are charges you dont recognize on your bill call us and report FRAUD on your acct! Was your account # compromised? Is someone else using your card #? DID YOU KNOW YOUR NOT RESPONSIBLY FOR FRAUDULANT ACTIVITY ON ANY VISA OR MASTERCARD?

THAT MEANS THOSE CHARGES WOULD BE REFUNDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT!

1. We did not spend your 600.00.
2. Keep in mind Credit card fees/Interest:
Late fee 39.00-Overlimit fee 39.00-Cash advance fee 10.00 Apr 20.4% These fees are high so take responsiblity and avoid accruing them. Also make your minimum monthly payment each month its 10.00 or 2% of your balance.
3. You complain calls are coming in. I assume you are not paying bills and that is collections calling you. Make your payments or payment arrangments and you can avoid that too!

Customer service is 24/7 call us if you have questions that is what were there for.

Are you sure that there wasn't a fee for activation of the card? A lot of campanies will charge you a couple of hundred dollars just to issue the card. Also, there could be annual fees that are charged to your card.

I would ask the credit card company for a detail of what the charges are or wait till you receive your statement. I have a feeling you didn't realize what you were agreeing too as far as fees.
