After suspecting it for a long time, I finally decided to find out whether Clover Leaf has less tuna in their cans than other companies. Being an avid bodybuilder, I consume insane amounts of tuna, and it is not difficult to notice patterns in fill amounts.

After comparing nearly 10 brands of tuna, it became evident that Clover Leaf has on average 50 grams less tuna than top fillers like Smart Choice, who routinely overfill their cans. On occasion, Clover Leaf tuna cans had just 85 grams of tuna, whereas the label reports a drained weight of 120 grams.

Not to mention the Clover Leaf tuna has less protein than other brands, is more expensive, and yet tastes the worst out of them all. I don't know how they became the #1 tuna supplier, but hopefully people stop buying their overpriced, underfilled products once they realize they are being ripped off.
