CLS Trial Pure Garcinia Cambogia CLS - Garcinia Unfair and misleading "free trial" practice Canoga Park California
I signed up for a free trial of Pure Garcinia Cambogia on Dec 31. They were supposed to send a 30 day supply for $4.95 and there were no reoccouring fees associated. The trial product arrived and was shipped from 601 E. 18th Ave, suite 120 in Denver, CO
On Jan9 the company billed me for $99.95
It looks like the company is actually based in California.

Hidden in their terms of use policy it says you have 14 days to cancel/return the trial or you will be billed full price. Well, it was not 14 days and they have already billed my card.
I have filed a fraud case with my bank.
