Complaint Review: Club Maverick

Club Maverick is a dirty run down bar in Tulsa Oklahoma.

When I was there I was subject to drug sales propositions and attitude from the bartenders BF.  His name was Larry I believe.

He was extremely nasty and appeard to be under the influence of something.

My entourage had the misfortune of finding this bar and wasting money and time there.

We spent approximately 100.00 in about 30 mins for drinks, shots and tips. (This included us buying a few shots for a bar patron, out of the kindness of our drunk hearts.)

Approx 30 mins "larry" the Bartenders Boyfriend came in to the bar with a hateful attitude and sqauring off with members of my party.

He spent NOT 1 dime in the bar.

After his attitude infected the bar, we decided to leave, but we had a few beers to finish.

We were leaving the bar because "larry" wanted us to because he was PISSED at something.  

He begin to threaten to call the police and directed his bartenter boyfriend to call the TULSA POLICE DEPARTMENT on us because he DIDN"T LIKE us and was in  a PISSY Mood.

His BF made us leave the bar and he used the bartender of Maverick to do it. 

We had intended to spend several hundred dollars that nite in celebration of Halloween.

When we requested them to call the owners, they talked as if they owners would approve of them throwing out paying customers because His BF was mad.

We will never go to this place again.

If you like being solicited for drugs, dirty glass's and guys having sex in the bathrooms then go to Mavericks Club in Tulsa. 

Please don't judge the Gay Community by the standards of this "Bar" in Tulsa.

Its not representative of the majority of the GLBT community.
