Complaint Review: Club Metro USA Franchising

Club metro USA franchising company is a giant scam

Either that or they are the most unprofessional people Ive ever seen in my life. After numerous unsuccessful attempts of obtaining franchise information from their web I called the company several times during normal business hours and all I got was an annoying recording. I left several messages but no one returned my calls.

My partner was lucky on one occasion when a woman actually picked up the phone. She was arrogant and sounded stoned. She didnt even get her contact information and she rudely asked her to call back the following day.

It looks like they have real fitness clubs in some parts of Jersey. I called one of the local clubs and they didnt even have a phone number for corporate!. What type of business is this? If they mistreat customers up front what can we expect in return as future franchisees?.

In theory I think this is just a big rip off
