Club Tan Of Oregon - Forever Young Stay Away - Time share sellers, lie and deceive, cause skin damage Newberg, Oregon

Just look at the BBB, that will stop you from having Club Tan secure your personal information and charge unlawful amounts. No need to go into detail, just google the Club Tan name and see all the complaints against the owner; Ron Zemp, and the business itself. "Crooked" would be a compliment to the Ron Zemp and the business.

Lie, steal, and cheat...this is not an isolated case, check your sources like this site, yelp, BBB, and read for yourself. If a person and company received this many complaints, why even provide them the chance to conduct business with you and steal your hard earned money.

Although my experiences with Forever Young and Club Tan have been limited, I know ex-employees and can attest first hand that they lie! A lot of them get on these websites and lie because they dont agree with being fired and then slander the business on false grounds.  I am pleased with my limited services and know that if I can not afford something, then I dont buy it!  You will find that the complaints seem to come from ex-employees (fired for a reason) or customers that owed money and couldnt pay!

My niece quit working for Club tan/forever rip-off. I was her fist sale and there sales manager Devon took over for her and lied and miss represented there Forever young product capability!!!!! She quit after that! I won a law suit but they make you jump throug every hoop they can, and they don't show up at court to dispute any of the claims aginst them. It's not like I used a singal service. I was back the next day for a refund. They had my credit card number and ran it up to the tune of $960.00 . My report is no longer a grade on the BBB because I'm in litigation. I have all the paperwork from the BBB saying they wouldn't reply and even retuned Thier correspondence undeliverable!

I am a new customer to this company (within the last year) and have learned a few things:

1.  They are two separate companies, depending on what your beauty needs are
2.  They have the latest technology and machines for whatever you are looking to improve!
3.  They have very professional and respectful emplyees at each branch (I have been to all 3)
4.  They make sure all paperwork is filled out and you pay for what you get!
5.  There has never been a problem changing or updating personal information on my accounts

Overall I am pleased, as are my friends whom I have recommended (even if they just tan!).  I am finding this complaint hard to believe and feel it is isolated.  Besides, the BBB rating is an "A", so if there are valid complaints, they seem to be fixed immediately and with the magnitude of clients at this multiple chain company, a few complaints are warranted and are still at a very low percentage!
