Complaint Review: Club White Smile

Club White Smile delivery-planet.com FREDERIKSBERG 1851 DNK downloaded a calculator apps one day and a pop up that I won an iPhone 6. I fill out the info they require to send me the iPhone and they require a $1.99 for the iPhone. I entered all the info requested. I got my credit card bill and to my shock and awe, I was billed for the initial $1.19 for cosmetics by delivery-planet,com Frederiksberg 1851 DNK and 3 days later there's another charges of $119..00 from the same company. This is a scam/fraud! I contacted my credit card provider and file a complain. They provide me a website clubwhitesmiles.com and told me to send them an email to cancel my subscription. Subscription?? I told them that I didn't sign up for any subscription or join anything.

they basically told me they can't do nothing about it. I sent an email to support@clubwhitesmile.com to cancel my subscription or whatever I have with them and asked for a refund. They asked me to provide my membership ID and my Invoice #. F$*k! I have no clue what my mebership ID is or any invoice # cause I didn't received anything from them. I need help if there's anyone out there that has the same issue and what was done to get their money back or even cancel a subscription. This is a big scam and a FRAU! Beware of clubwhitesmile.com or delivery-planet.com or signing up for a $1.99 iPhone6. Internet

I downloaded a calculator apps on my cell phone one day and a pop up offering an iphone 6 for $1.99 and a testimonial pages from all kinds of people that got their iphone this cheap. So what the heck, $1.99. So I filled out this form including my credit card info.

I received my recent credit card bill. $1.99 was taken out by delivery-planet.com Frderiksburg 1850 DNK so I figure this was the iPhone. Then I logged on to my online credit card account and to my shock and disbelief, there was $119.00 taken out 3 days later by the same company delivery-planet.com Frderiksburg 1850 DNK for cosmetics.

I contacted my credit card and file a dispute claim. I told them the story and told them that I did not buy anything from this company. They gave me a full details that the $119.00 was a subscriptions to Club White Smile and gave me the link to the site whcih is clubwhitesmile.com.

I explained to the person I was speking to my credit card provider that I did not sign up for any subscriptions. They told me that they can't do anything about it but to advice me to contact Club White Smile and cancel my subscriptions immediately.

I did send a cancellation email to support@clubwhitesmile.com stating that to cancel what ever I have up with them immediately and requested a refund.

They send me this email reply.

I have no clue what my member ID is.

I don't have an Invoice # because I didn't receive anything from them.

I need help if any on how can I deal with this issue. Reading other people's experience with this scammers, it is also a recurring transaction every month. I need to know what should I do to stop this company from taking money from my credit card.
