Club Z Tutoring, specifically the branch on Warm Springs Rd, the Education Director is Roy Nakamura. They will get your credit card information to automatically bill you each month. If you don't provide a written cancellation notice, they will bill you for the next month. In my case, I was billed early, before the date they were supposed to bill me. I did send an email informing them of my intent to cancel my renewal. So they will bill you early, and then say, "sorry, no refunds". So, if you don't want to use the tutoring sessions, you won't get a refund. Be careful!! They won't return phone calls either, and when he finally did (after I called the corporate office), very rude.
Go to a different location, if you decide to use this company.

The client who wrote this complaint signed a monthly contract to complete a minimum number of tutoring hours and agreed to monthly charges. We have had thousands of extremely satisfied clients and her contractual arrangements were normal, which later she breached. This client does not say that we attempted numerous times to contact her and finally when we got through to her she was granted a refund, despite the fact that she was not entitled to such a refund. We always try to put our customers' needs first, and there is a reason that we have become the number one in-home tutoring company in Las Vegas with numerous testimonials, repeat customers and referrals.
