IT JUST HAPPENED AGAIN. Every since I first began dealing with My Computer Club, I have had to call repeatedly every few months to have charges (ACH debits) that suddenly appeared removed from my bank account ... debits initiated by this company for products, services or membership fees that I never agreed to or authorized. I do have a legitimate debit from MCC that comes out in a specific amount on a specific day of the month, so it is easily distinguishable from these phantom debits that seem to come out of nowhere. I am usually able to get these non-legitimate debits removed after complaining over the telephone, but the fact that they keep happening suggests that they are being randomly "sneaked in," perhaps in the hopes that some consumers will not notice the charge or will not contest it. I am concerned that I may have missed one such debit here or there and ended up paying for nothing. At any rate, I shouldn't have to keep scanning my account periodically for this company's errors at my expense. There's something very wrong about this.
