CMG payday loans they called me and said they needed to set up a time with me to deliver a court summons for a loan that i did not take out with a company called cmg for Internet
i recieved a phone call today from a law group stating that i needed to set a time with them so they could meet with me to deliver some court papers. i asked them what court papers they were and they said they were from a payday loan company called cmg and that i had taken out a loan with them back in june of 2013 that i had not payed off they said it was for $1,97.14. and that i was being suied for this amount i told them that this was not possible because i have not used any kind of payday loan since 2012. and i do not plan on using them again because they are monsterous and very bad. and that i had never heard of any company called cmg pay day loans. i dont know if this is a scam or an act of identity theft. but i am very upset about this and do not want to be held accountable for a debt i do not owe.
