CMS or Court Mediation Service conned me into believing I could "assign" my credit card debt to CMS and that it would be legal because CMS would send my creditor a check with a new agreement whereby the credit card company would cash the check sent by CMS and because the CC company cashed the check they were now agreeing to a new contract.

It sounded like a good idea until I was just served by my credit card company! The credit card company doesn't consider the debt assignment valid and they are coming after me. Now Brad Daley and CMS and integrity Debt Solutions the marketer who sold me the CMS plan for $1000's of dollars are not returning phone calls and I need a refund to pay the retainer for a lawyer!

CMS is a great way to get sued!!

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Steve,
You are neither now nor have you ever been a client of mine. Your statements are totally false and constitute libel. If I find out who you are, I will sue you and then show you what real debt collection means. This goes not only for you but your frequent posting friends and any other company or organization. Anyone who wants a real legal opinion of CMS should contact my General Counsel, Attorney David Grossack in Massachusetts. Attorney Andy Nelms in Alabama is another sourcen for information. For the record, not one client has EVER been dissatisfied with me or my service. As such, I have resisted posting comments here becuase this site is not a trusted source for information. Anyone can post a blog about any company and state anything. This site promotes extortion and my sources indicate the "owner" is not even in this country because of a Federal indictment. They will only remove blogs if paid enough money. Always check the source of information like this. Lastly, Steve, you have just found the best way to get sued by making such claims or statements.
