Complaint Review: CMS Centers for Medicare Services

I have been fighting a serious problem against an Iowa Hospital for over 1 Full Year Now.  I am now at my wits end!

This is a CALL FOR ANY ATTORNEY - WHO BELIEVES IN JUSTICE AND FAIRNESS - TO CONTACT ME FOR REPRESENTATION IN MY CASE.

This is also A CALL FOR AN INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER OR JOURNALIST - TO CONTACT ME AS I WANT TO TELL MY STORY - TO HELP OTHERS WHO MIGHT BE EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MEDICARE AND ITS QUALITY OF CARE ENTITIES.

I am 74 years old.  I have been on Medicare.  All was well with Medicare UNTIL I had 2 serious problems.  One with a neurologist, who abused the use of Botox on my neck for pain.  This doctor's negligence caused me MONTHS OF PAIN AND AGONY.

My complaint to CMS Medicare fell on deal ears.  Also my complaint to KEPRO - the QIO also went nowhere.  This is despite the fact that this doctor violated FDA regulations.

My conclusion is that Medicare IN BED with doctors.  The biggest Rip Off here is that Medicare advises patients, to file complaints if they feel they were badly treated and there was evidence of fraud and mis-use of drugs.

This complaint was back in 2020.

THE REAL TRUTH HERE, IS THEY DO NOTHING, BUT ACT AS A RUBBER STAMP FOR THE DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL.

Now, in 2023 and 2024, I have a severe problem with a hospital in Iowa.  I have been battling this problem since April, 2023 and have gotten no help.

This hospital is guilty of patient abuse (me), and violation of my civil rights.  They assume no responsibility and are even smug about my situation, which they have caused.

WHY YOU ASK?  The reason is this hospital knows that Medicare is NOT on the side of the patient and will protect them at all costs.

Yes, I have filed complaints with

Medicare Fraud Dept, CMS Medicare Appeals Dept, LIVANTA the Medicare QIO.  Despite being very articulate and explaining everything in detail, ALL OF THESE AGENCIES HAVE DONE NOTHING TO HELP ME.

They just chose to believe the lies on the Medical Reports and Give My Complaints ZERO CONSIDERATION.

Again, they are IN BED with hospitals and doctors.

I have tried filing complaints with the State of Iowa and recently the US Dept of Justice Civil Rights, but I just keep getting referred elsewhere.

The State Of Iowa told me that they had to get PERMISSION FROM MEDICARE, CMS IN KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI IN ORDER TO CONDUCT AN INVESTIGATION.

GUESS WHAT, MEDICARE REFUSED TO GIVE THE STATE OF IOWA PERMISSION TO CONDUCT AN INVESTIGATION.

WHY IS THIS? CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME?  Why is Medicare and the State of Iowa PROTECTING this hospital?

I have tried to find a lawyer, but most lawyers want only catastrophic injuries.  Mine is somewhat physical, but was serious enough to cause me PTSD.

Now, we are at the point, where this hospital, who is clearly at fault here, has sent my account to a Debt Collector named H&R Accounts in Moline, Illinois.  Does anybody out there know this agency?  Despite the fact that I have contacted this debt collector 2 times, they simply do not care what the hospital did to me and the fact that they have also defrauded Medicare. and violated my civil rights.

I have always paid my bills that I agreed with.  Always had sterling credit.  Now, in addition to causing me pain and suffering, violating my civil rights, this miserable hospital is going to ruin my credit.

THIS IS A NIGHTMARE BEYOND BELIEF.

I ask anyone, reading this truthful report to contact me via this rip off report website.  I AM WILLING TO SPEAK TO ANY LAWYER WHO CAN HELP ME.

ALSO TO ANY INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALIST OR REPORTER.  I WANT TO TELL MY TRUTHFUL STORY. 

I want help for myself and to try to prevent the horror I have experienced from happening to anyone else out there.
