CMS- Closed FCNB/speigel/newportnews ripoff on late fees. Never received bills for the months they charged me Old Bethpage New York
I am writing about card processing center, who took over the billing for FCNB. This company has one way of contacting them, only through a P O Box. I have gotten rip-off from them by late fees. I also don't get my bills until the week they are due. I would really appreiciate someone to find out about this company and what is going on. I was never even notified about FCNB going out of buisness, or whatever. I just got a bill from this CMS.
