CMSMART - Netbase JSC Netbase JSC Site states 7 Day Money Back Guarantee - But refuses to refund ! Internet
The Website clearly states '7 Day money back guarantee' but the seller refuses to refund the money and also when you apply for a refund they state this will be used for 'future purchases' See here http://screenshots.justapps.eu/Darren/20151013161136355z9.png
This message on the site is clearly misleading and therefore persusing this with a PayPal claim.
The Seller stated
Hello
Because you did not cooperate with our team to resolve any problem of the product, so we can not proceed your refund request.
We recommend customers to work with us rather than issuing a refund without any help/support provided.

We replied stating a full refund they replied
'Cuc h*o has offered you a partial refund of $24.83 USD to resolve this claim.'
We refused and persuing the full refund.

As you can clearly see, the website states 'Money Back Guarantee'

You cannot have this false and misleading on the website if you do not offer this, I was not offered a refund therefore this is a rip off and my claim stays !.

Helo, I am David, CEO of Cmsmart
I here to confirm that the client did not work with our team in any kind. He downloaded the software and open a refund to get back his money and this is not acceptable by our refund policy
We well come any feedback and we did refund to other clients but not this case
