Complaint Review: CNA National Warranty Cooperation

CNA National Warranty Cooperation Did not honor contract. Paid only half/ Lots of excuses and said they might just refuse to pay at all Scottsdale Arizona

I purchased a 2004 Mitsubishi 2 years ago from Frank Fletcher Honda, In Bentonville Ar. At this time I purchased an extended warranty from CNA for $2500.00 with a $100.00 deductible.The car now has 78562 miles on it going down 540 70 mph all of sudden it went to 10 mph, I pulled off highway, shut engine off.To make long story short engine blown up.Had no problems in past.Never a check engine light on,or temp gauge showing hot. Car was taken good care of.

Thier Story, after repair man gave them reasons for all thier excuses.Was car had to of been driven for long period of time with only water in it. Cost to fix around $3000.00 they want to pay $1495.00. Warranty had rental car 7 days they pay $35.00 per day it cost around $70.00 ? My car sat at repair shop week and a half . CNA said repair shop had to tear motor down give them reason this happened before I had a claim or they could say I did.

This happened 7/14 as of today 7/31 after all the phone calls, missed work, no car, being called a liar in so many words. I still have no car. CNA said excessive water in engine, motor never started after being shut off. HOW? Said on inspection report gauges working but motor couldn,t be started for them to know this? Not listening to repair guy at all.These people need to be stopped from ripping people off.I owe $14000.00 on this car why would I intentionally drive it had I known it was hot? HELPPPPPP
