I bought a car from JD Byrider April from the one in Tampa, FL.

They help me get finance by CNAC finance co. in Jacksonville, FL

I have been making payments on my vechile

I missed a payment on May 31st so I called them and said I was sending them the payment and should receive it by the end of the week.

Ron was very rude to me and even cuss at me but  would not understand my situation.

I had moved to a different cty cause of my parents has a place which they cannot use anymore cause of my dad heart condition. This way was helping me out with not having to pay rent anymore.

I was able to get transferred with Lowes in Ocala even though it was part time work but I am working on getting back to full time work.

This was a good move for me cause it was helping me out with my finacial problem.

When I told Ron that I have moved he got very mad at me and asked why I hadn't call to tell them.  I told him that at the time I had so much on my mind to get done that it is hard to remember everything that needs to be changed over. He kept bangering me about why I moved which upset me very much crying.

He said they try to call me Sat. on my cell phone but like I told him I was off and in and out of the house doing things.  I look at my call logs and I didn't see his phone number on there.

Ron said that he was not going to take my check for the payment and going to repo my car cause I was a risk.

He won't give me a chance to make it right or continue making payments.

I live 30 minutes away from my job and this is only transporation I have at this time.

They are being unprofessional about this and not giving me a chance to make my life better.

I am in the process seeing if I can get refinace through someone else and maybe they will work with me.

Someone needs to talk to Ron about his customer service attitude toward his customer.

You're right, if you think they don't trust you, because they don't.  You are a sub-prime borrower because YOU stiffed other creditors.  If you are required by contract to inform them of address changes and you didn't, then who's fault is that?  You are required to make each payment on time...and YOU agreed to do that.  The reasons why you can't or won't make payments on time doesn't matter to them.  No, I don't work for them.
