I am writting in reguards to CNAC and JDBYRIDER. They are frauds and they have called to repo my car for 150 dollars that they wouldn't accept from me. They call my work and give them personal information and made accusations about me that werent true. They have called and humilliated me in any and every way possible, and then they ask for you to call them?? What a joke. Why would you call someone who has done such things to you?

I have contacted the attorney general and an attorney reguarding this issue. They got 2 vehicles for a trade in from me and only gave me 500. I paid my deferment and yet they wont take my money. They didn't have an issue before taking my money why now?

They are frauds, liar and they are scam artists. Thats jd byrider and cnac. They have very foul mouths and have no business even doing BUSINESS. I will never recommend buying from them. I even stopped my sister from purchasing a car from them. She sees what I am going through with them. She said they are frauds and will not deal with them. I have called the people I refered and they have also backed out on jd byrider on central ave, toledo ohio

got ripped off. by frauds

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Mon, July 31, 2006

i am an ex jdbyrider/cnac employee. the contract clearly states you cannot be one day late with your payment or your vehicle may be reposessed. this is high risk lending. as far as trade in is concerned, why did you agree to the amount if you were not satisfied? all loans are video taped and do go over all terms of the contract. you also sign a contract stating you will not be late. when i would do my loan closings i would mention this fact 3 times. customers then get in a bind and instead of calling cnac and explaining what's going on they choose not to answer the phone. a vehicle doesn't get reposessed if there is contact and an effort to pay.
