I was the winning bidder on a nintendo wii on ebay. Long story short, after much communication with the seller, I did not receive my wii or a refund, and $234 is not chump change. After examining hundreds of pages of feedback (he is an eBay power seller with tens of thousands of pieces of feedback), I noticed a definite pattern. He sells a huge volume of cheap stuff, like less than $10, but every once in awhile he sells a big ticket item, like a wii, and does not deliver it. He just keeps the money. But he knows that eBay really only takes action on people with consistantly bad feedback, so he pads his feedback by selling such a huge amount of cheap stuff that a couple times a month he can rip someone off several hundred dollars and get away with it. I have turned him in for mail fraud, reported him to eBay (they don't give a crap), turned him in to ic3 (the fbi internet crime division), reported him to fraud.org, and now I'm doing what I can to trash him online. I can't get my money back, and chances are that nothing will come of me reporting him and turning him in when and where I can, but maybe, just maybe, some of what I'm doing will somehow make a difference. Maybe he'll see this. Maybe someone else will decide not to buy from him because of this. Probably not, but maybe. Buyer beware!

Back in 2007, I bought an Xbox 360 from this same person. Not only did it come late, but when I got it the Xbox had the red ring of death. I was sent a faulty product. I called several times and all they told me was that it wasn't their problem. I had to call Xbox to get it fixed and it was going to cost me $99 I didn't have. Poor serviceand to this day I still don't have a working Xbox because I got so disgusted. If you want to preach good service, how about you make good on false promises I received five years ago. My eBay name is cool78, look me up you will see my purchase and complaints. That is of course if your company even cares.

I have made several purchase's from Chris. He is very punctual and his handling of any customer concerns is super timely. maybe this person should have called him and handled it over phone. no one is perfect and all takes time to get resolved. I have sent several of my friends to make puchase's from CNC and I will continue to do business with CNC chris responds in a very timely manor and is extreamly professional. thank you Rip Off Report for this opertunity to speak my mind and share my ezxperiences with CNC imports.            Have a great day...
