COACH $100 leather gloves fell apart after one season!! Bad quality and COACH does not stand for quality!!! Jacksonville Florida

I had received a lovely pair of leather COACH gloves for Christmas. The gloves lasted ONE season before all the seams burst. I sent them in for repair. Customer service returned them to me with a letter stating that they were un-repairable and only offered a 40% discount on a future purchase.

I sent them back for re-evaluating and asking that they be replaced of something of equal or lesser value, if they cannot be fixed. They were once again, returned to me with the same letter. I then reported them to Better Business Burbeau, where the matter was still not solved.

My problem was that this company states all over their website, their commitment to quality leather goods. What kind of quality is one season's worth of wear? I am hitting a dead end and don't know where else to report this matter. I am mostly upset at their refusal to make one customer happy by replacing a bad item. I will never buy a COACH product and will be sure to tell everyone I know about this terrible quality and poor customer service. I now have $100 worth of useless leather and cold hands. COACH is garbage!!!
