Coach Cheated on sales tax when return was refunded Chandler Arizona
Went in to do a return producing receipt as required. Was asked to give phone # and address and when I refused to give address I was shouted at and said it was mandatory for doing returns. No wonder identity theft is on the rise in AZ. And to add insult to injury, found out later at home that they had cheated me of 2 cents off of the sales tax when they did the refund.
They not only cheated me but our govt. coz they get to pocket the 2 cents themselves. Can you imagine how much they have pocketed with all the returns done year after year and no one has noticed or reported it?

The reason that retailers will ask for your information is to verify that you are a actual customer returning a product and you are not an employee making up fake refunds. When they ask for your information they will sometimes send you out a card seeing if you had returned something to the store time date purchase amount the reason why you returned the item etc. Then you will send it back to the company. This process is keeping the price down on the product. Every year company's lose a whole lot of money with employees making up fake refunds and pocketing the money.So do not think that retailers are out to get your information we could really care less who you are we are just trying to do our job, GROW UP 2 cents

gee, what have you been smokin, lady? i dont understand if you dont trust a someone why do business with them? you say they cheated you out of a whopping 2 cents? do you mean you were overcharged or what? or, if you were you wanted to pocket the .02 and screw the government yourself and you were mad that you didnt get the chance? i mean you are talking high finance now. gee what do you suppose they did with the .02, go to the casino or vacation? and if you do the math-
if they rip off say 1000 customers of .02 each someone is going to pocket a cool 20 BUCKS! wow! yeh, i'm sure that it must be a conspiracy. GET A LIFE.
