I ordered a purse from them and was charged, 5 days later I get a very blunt email stating the purse was out of stock. The charge is still pending on my card. If I go to the website, you can still buy and pay for the same item and it says in stock. I called CS and they were pretty rude and said the website doesn't update to fast. What a Joke. Prada here comes my 400.00 bucks.
