Customer support seems to be on perpetual vacation.  Items called Geni1 and 2 are bluetooth ball and club mounted, sensor connected devices to improve putting.  The balls are dead and there is no way to recharge them.

  I have been trying to get a replacement since March, 2019.  I send several emails and leave as many VM's, with a response after every ten or twelve, then they ghost me.  I bought another one and it's dead too!
