Coach7Stores Christmas gift gone bad Internet

I purchased my dad a $137 Mens Classic Signature Coach watch for Christmas from this site. It took over three weeks for me to receive my package and once the package arrived I ended up receiving a cheap looking Omega style watch.

I immediately contacted Coach7stores and let them know about their shipping mistake the same day that I received the package. I was contacted via email by White See and he/she asked that I send him pictures of the item I received.  After I emailed pictures, it took White See three days to return my email. I asked them how I could send them the Omega watch back and when I should expect the item that I ordered or a refund.

White See emailed to notify me that they would not ship me the correct item or issue a refund. Stated that they would send my a gift with my next order. I continued to send emails to White See to get a refund and I never recieved the item that I ordered or a refund.

If the Chinese people in China want to continue to do business with Americans they are going to need to work on their customer service opportunities.  I will never do business with this company again and neither should anyone else.
