Responded to ad regarding Coal Cosmetics trial offer $4.95 shipping cost only. in less than 30 days credit card billed $98.36 for one product, $98.47 for another. Called customer service, after holding for an hour spoke to Alan who was only able to give me credit for half of the money billed to my credit card. This company was able to keep almost $100 my money and that's where the scam comes in. They know you're going to complain so they refund you half and they get to keep the other half for their profit.
