Coal Glow Charged for trial shipment and refused to offer credit Internet
I ordered a trial product on Jan 28, 2017 for $10. Received the product on Feb 12, 2017. The shipment did not include any information that there was a 14 day trial period, and if I didn't call within the trial period I would be charged for full price of product.
I saw on my February credit statement that I was charged full price $200 on Feb 13.
I called Coal Glow on March 1. They cancelled all future shipments, but was told since I called 1 day past the 30 day guarantee period, (which was not mentioned anywhere with the product shipment) there was nothing they could do.
I was told the trial and guarantee period starts the day the order is placed, not the day the order ships.
The only person I could speak with was a superviser, and they would not transfer me to anyone higher. I was told managers do not take calls.
Coal Glow said if I wanted a future shipment, they would offer a 50% discount but they couldn't do anything about the $200 charge.

I had exactly the same issues with this company. There was no statement in the package about return policy. This was a trial.
I was never able to talk with a supervisor. I was 5 days short of their deadline which was the order date not the shipping date. Same senario.
Besides all these issues the product does not work!!!
