Coast to Coast Auto Glass windshield harrassment fraud door-to-door Internet
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Even if you -are- speaking to a "representative" of the company... your information and money is not secure.
As you can see from testimonials/complaints - your repair may not be completed and if it is, it won't necessarily be correct.
Even if you do not do business with this company, they will perpetually knock at your door, become extremely pushy and refuse to leave.
If you are repeatedly approached or receive more than the occasional visit here's what to do:
1. Report them to the corporate office. The person you want to speak with is Rhonda Jacobson (480)991-9889 x135, (email: RJacobson@GlassC2C.com) tell her what's going on and that you are demanding that their sales people do not visit you again and that if they do you will contact law enforcement and/or the local news.
2. If the problem persists, contact local law enforcement and/or news.
These people need to be shut down.
They are currently hiding behind the fact that their local offices are somewhat independent and autonomous but this does not take away their liability.

Just recently, due to all the negative publicity, Coast to Coast Auto Glass is now DNS Auto Glass. I have been in the glass industry for years and though I have never been associated with Advantage Auto Glass, I can honestly say that these are 2 different companies. Coast to Coast Auto Glass, now DNS Auto Glass is nothing more than a scam, manipulating young people to illegally solicit their glass. Their umbrella offices go by various names, but to my knowledge, Advantage Auto Glass goes by their lawful name. By no means am I trying to protect Advantage Auto Glass, but they have been around for years whereas DNS Auto Glass, formerly known as Coast to Coast Auto Glass changes their name frequently due to their questionable methods.

How is it that Rip Off Report
says that they don't allow rumors on the site, and that's all that is on
here? When it comes down to it, Coast to Coast is a company that
Advantage Auto Glass does not associate with, has never associated with,
and will never associate with. Advantage Auto Glass has been around
longer than Coast to Coast. If Coast to Coast happens to use the same
marketing plan that Advantage Auto Glass uses, so be it. And if certain
people are not bright enough to realize that there is a difference
between the two companies, then Advantage doesn't want them as
customers.
To address the Consumer Comment #1 about Jon Wright, as stated by
"j0vian" in Spartanburg. He believes that Coast to Coast has changed
their name to Advantage Auto Glass. I assure you "j0vian" that Coast to
Coast did not change its' name to Advantage Auto Glass. Advantage Auto
Glass is their own company and has never and will never change their
name and will never have someone else change their name to ours. It
hurts me to say this, but Jon Wright was a Sales Rep for our company.
After looking into certain questionable actions taken by Jon Wright, for
the good of the company and our customers, he was let go. If there is
something that went wrong with your install or if there is something
that needs to be corrected, I do greatly apologize and would like for
you to contact me personally at 843-685-6335 or 843-588-5559.
Now to address Comment #2 by ex-employee "Shawn" in Charlotte. Shawn
you have never worked for Advantage Auto Glass. You may have worked for
Coast to Coast. If your comment is aimed at Coast to Coast, then I
agree and I urge everyone to do the same. But, just for the record,
Advantage Auto Glass has never worked in Charlotte and has only had one
employee named Shawn, which was only with the company from November 2010
to December 2010.
So to sum everything up, we down here at Advantage Auto Glass would
appreciate it if everyone stop associating us with Coast to Coast. If
there is an issue you have with Advantage Auto Glass, we accept full
responsibility and will do everything we can to correct the problem. One
of our main concerns is keeping as many of our customer as happy as
possible. But as anybody who has owned a business or worked in a
business knows, not everyone who you work with will always be happy. Out
of the little less than 2 years that we have been in Myrtle Beach and
the thousands of customers that we have helped, to only have a handful
of people that were unhappy is a good reflection on the work we do. And
if there is anything that anyone in the future needs, don't hesitate to
