Complaint Review: Coast To Coast Cabins & Country Homes

This company was not qualified to handle a simple remodeling and room addition. They hired and associated with KNOWN CONVICTED criminals. The quaility of work was substandard. Their electrical work left my home in a dangerous conditon which may have resulted in fire. I had to contact & hire an independent electrician to correct the situation.

The company rarely followed the contract and seem to do whatever they wanted to do. They were totally unresponsive to my numerous phone calls during the time that their workers walked off (due to a pay dispute) and left me without electric, water, and lights in the dead of the winter freeze.

They refused to speak to or submit a response to the Better Business Bureau of Canton, Ohio.
They have attempted make me pay for items or services which I have already paid.

This was a small portion of my experience with this company.
