AFTER I GAVE THEM MY INFROMATION THEY STARTED RUNNING MY CREDIT CARDS ON THERE SYSTEMS WITHOUT TELL ME, I STARTED GETTING MAIL SAYING I BOUGHT THIS AND THAT AND ALL THOSE PLACES AND I NEVER HAVE. FROM BEST BUY, CIRCUIT CITY, AND A WHOLE BUNCH MORE. ALL WITHIN 1 WEEK AFTER I GAVE THEM MY INFORMATION.
I LIVE IN FLORIDA, AND I CANT COME ALL THE WAY DOWN THERE TO MICHIGAN TO FIGHT THESE PEOPLE. NAME WAS LOUIE HADDAD HE CALLED ME AFTER WHAT SEEMS LIKE A YOUNG WHITE GIRL TALKED TO ME FOR A LITTLE BIT AND I WAS GETTING READY TO HANG UP. SAID HE RUNS THE JOINT.
I NEVER DID THE LOAN WITH THEM. I NO THERE CROOKED. WHO CAN HELP ME? WHO CAN I GO TO, TO SEE WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN TO ME? THESE GUYS HAVE ALL OF MY INFORMATION AND MY CREDIT AND I CANT STOP THEM! IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT I CAN DO MY NAME IS JOHN PLEASE E MAIL.

If you read above, the person that made this repote has a grammar issue, possibly because they didnt go to the school where you learn grammar. They write "our name is Great American Mortgage and we're located at 888 W. Big Beaver Rd." Obviously the person that wrote this is an employee or possibly "part" owner that has no financial backing nor say in the company operations but tells everyone that he is the owner and bows down to Jimmy. Who knows.....just a guess :)

In response to "Great American's" claim of stolen identity, I would first like to say that Coast to Coast lending is not licensed in Florida, we are ONLY licensed in the state of MICHIGAN.
We do not charge nor have we ever charged application fees or collected appraisal fees from our clients. Appraisals are third party fees and the appraiser will either bill the client for the appraisal or collect directly from them at the time of appraisal. If someone has stolen your identity the best advice for you is to file a police report, cancel all credit cards, place a fraud alert with the 3 major bureaus and have the police investigate your claim of stolen identity.
I regret to tell you that Great American Mortgage in Troy, closed their doors on 08/2007. The owners of Great American Mortgage are being investigated on numerous charges of falsifying documents, committing first mortgage default fraud, and tax evasion. Great American closed its doors and gave its employees the boot, not even paying the loan officers their final commissions, not paying appraisal or credit report invoices. They have plenty of complaints with the BBB and they are also on the ripoff report with many complaints from all over the US, no surprise that they are out of business now. Since they have been closed for more than 2 weeks and you claim that your dealing with them, maybe it is them that have stolen your credit!
For anyone else that may stumble accross this ripoff report please check out report # 268552 under COAST 2 COAST LENDING, the same ripoff reporter posts a complaint about our company but with a total different story and posts the complaint only a few hours after this one......Someones not telling the Truth. This so called victim states that even though in florida they found another mortgage company in our same location (troy, michigan). This person clearly has a personal issue with us and may be a ex-employee or another mortgage company fearing our great report with our clients will put them out of business.
