I purchase five rolls of tape lighting and a driver for them. After I installed the tape lighting small sections started to fail in different sections. after about two days 6-8' sections started to fail. The customer was somewhat understanding but we had to take down all of the tape due to the failure rate. We contacted Mr Michael Hanna who informed us that once the tape was cut it was non-returnable. He also sent me a warranty sheet that states sometimes the tape fails and it is the customers responsability to repair the tape. We called and he faxed us a return form to return the product but stated that if the tape had been cut they would not take it back. After we filled the form out and sent it in they told us that they would not return our money. I then contacted my bank and disputed the charge, after reviewing the case the bank sent me a package with all the transactions. While going through this we came across a Credit Card Authorization Form that had our signature on it, puzzeled by this we looked at it a little closer to find that they had copied the signature from our return form and transposed it on to the Credit Card Authorization Form!  I believe this to be forgery, fraud and if he had help maybe some colusion!
