I bought a parking pass online from Coast to Coast Tickets, for a NFL football game, and never received my pass. I contacted the ticket broker at 7:30 A.M. and was yelled at and hung up on because he was upset I was calling so early. After arriving at the stadium I called the broker numerous times and my tickets were never dropped off as guaranteed . After entering the game I was contacted back only one hour prior to kickoff. In turn I had to purchase a new pass and called the next morning to get a refund for my pass. I was informed that the company which I gave my credit card information to was unable to refund my money because they were not the ones who charged it. The broker was responsible for the charge and when I contacted him he refused to refund me and once again acted EXTREAMLY unprofessional saying I would just have to eat it. So the website offers tickets of all kind and actually have no tickets and are in turn giving out your personal information and not making you completely aware of this to you have already given it

Coast to Coast DOES NOT care about its customers

Sending to the "proper" channels does nothing. This EXACT thing happened to me when I purchased very expensive Laker Final tickets. Your company has done NOTHING to help me recoup my PROMISED refund from your broker Prestige Entertainment. Your company has NO follow threw with refunds. Your company only cares about COLLECTING money from your clients. You wash your hands when we need to fight for our refund.

Refund Rip Off

I, too, was given this run around from Coast-to-Coast. In June, I purchased $1300 for two Laker Final tickets. I called them to confirm that if Finals did not go to last game I would be refunded. When I called after Lakers won, Coast-to-Coast said they could not handle this and passed me off to the broker Prestige Entertainment. Prestige refused to give back my money AND has closed their banking accounting so my credit card company could not recoup money. SOMETHING HAS GOT TO BE DONE TO STOP THIS UNLAWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE.

I wish I'd seen this post last year when it was first posted, because if there is any broker that we deal with who hung up on a customer and told them to "eat it" we would absolutely like to know that! Clearly that's not a good way to do business.

That said - regarding your second point, we do actually notify customers *before* their purchase is made that we don't actually handle the charge itself. Underneath the area where your payment info is entered, but ABOVE the "confirm" button (so it can't be missed by not scrolling down far enough), it states:

"CoastToCoastTickets.com acts as an intermediary between buyers and ticket sellers to facilitate the purchase and sale of event tickets, and as such is not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and ticket sellers."

Again, I'm very sorry you had such a negative experience, and if you still have the broker's info, feel free to email me so I can make sure it's been seen by the proper channels.
