Complaint Review: Coast To Coast Voice / Enhanced Services Billing Inc.

Coast to Coast Voice added fraudulent charges to my Verizon bill through ESBI and got me for $13.73 (charges + tax). This month, there were double charges for May & June which increased my base bill by over $27.00. That got my attention. They got me once when I wasn't looking for it, but they won't get me again! ESBI is likely the company who is perpetrating these false charges since they are the common denominator to false charges by other companies who use them as a "Clearinghouse Agent" for billing. I am outraged at the reports of inaction by Verizon and other phone service providers to stop this company from posting false charges to their customer's accounts!

My suggestions to any other victims of this type of fraud are:

*Don't permit automatic debit billing by any company.
*Read your bills - All of them.

I'll keep you posted on my situation. Please provide information if you have had any success in getting your money back, or just stopping the charges from appearing on your bill, let us all know.
