I got ripped off by Coastal Limousines. After getting majorly ripped off, I decided to
look into Coastal Limousines and the owner/owners. Firstly, this company operates
under many different names such as Coastal Limousines, 757PartyBus, and Town Center
Limousines Inc. I am guessing they change their name once they start to get bad reviews
online under a certain business name. For example, there are many bad reviews under Coastal Limousines, but you can't find any reviews for 757 Party Bus.

The person I dealt with on the phone was the owner, and his name was Bo Zinno. From multiple sources, I determiend his legal name is Robert J. Zinno III aka Robert J Zinno Jr.
* The company has been shut down by the authorities before for breaking the law...and the owners are operating now under a new business name.
* The owner/company have been sued multiple times by customers in civil court. There is one active case pending. (See attached screenshots)
* The owner has quite a criminal record / traffic record for running a transportation company. The owner, Robert (Bo) Zinno has 2 recent DUIs/DWIs; though I am not sure if they were driving vehicles for Coastal Limousines/757PartyBus. See attached screenshots for court record details, as well as multiple arrest mugshots of the owner found on the app MobilePatrol.
I am suprised an owner/company like this are allowed to operate a transportation company where people's safety is on the line. I have heard though the grapevine that they are possibly getting investigated again by the authorities and have the possibility of getting shut down. Buyer beware before you hand them over a deposit.

The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles is reponsible for enforcement of Motor Carrier regulations of passenger for-hire operations. I spoke with one of the people in the Enforcement section this morning as they are looking into "issues" with some of the licensed operators in the area including Zinno/Coastal. They would really like to talk to you about this situation. I can't put his telephone number or e-mail on here, but can give you mine rr23325@gmail.com Once we're both comfortable neither one of us is trying to scam the other I will glady give you my contact info and pass along the DMV contacts telephone number and e-mail address. Once that ball gets rolling I don't think you'll have a problem getting your money back...

Tyg, You are obviously not an attorney...nor are you smart enough to even give the implication that you have any idea what you are talking about. Defamation, or libel in this case, is only a valid charge if the statements made are NOT true. In this case, not only are the statements true, but the author provides evidence. In addition, the court records provided are PUBLIC records, meaning anyone can access them; the author just did the legwork for us. Now go back to playing with your leapfrog and leave the adults alone.

So what was the issue that would cause YOU to put someone elses PERSONAL INFORMATION online in a defamatory way? It sounds like YOU had placed a deposit and didnt get it back for whatever reason. Normally if you have lost a deposit then you either flaked on the pick up or something was wrong during the ride. Either way THAT doesnt give you the right to put someone elses PERSONAL INFO out on the web in such a manner!! YOU should be ashamed of yourself for doing so and if that person doesnt like that YOU have done this WILLINGLY and WITH MALICE then YOU only have yourself to blame for the defamation lawsuit that YOU would be slapped with.
While yes you have the right to speak your mind, you DO NOT have the right to put ANYONE ELSES info out on the web without thier permission. It gets a bit worse for YOU as well. If ANYTHING happens to that person OR thier business due to YOUR DEFAMATION then YOU are criminally liable for whatever happens. I agree that if YOU had a bad experience YOU have the right to complain, but it does NOT give you a pass to commit defamation. Perhaps YOU need to grow and LEARN how to use the web responsibly. And before YOU even start, NO!!!! I dont know this person. I dont know the business. I am just a consumer like you. I just find it completly irresponsible of someone to do as YOU have done.
