This scam company contacted us and took our deposit and promised to sell our timeshare, after they took our deposit, we never heard from them, when we repeatedly called, they (Rusell James/Jose Goyos) kept give us a BS story of how they have buyers and the deal will be closed soon.  This was just a scam.  They have done nothing and are using deceptive promises. If you call their number, they hardly ever answer the phone.  The few times (Matt/Allison) continue to lie and say they are entitled to take a deposit for advertising the timeshare.  The scam is that they put two words of information on their website which noone sees and that is all.  That is what they call advertisement, they have given us bologny stories every time we have spoken to them.  The BBB does nothing.  The govt agencies are fed up with them as well. I truly hope something is done about this. We are out alot of money and now have no recourse. Please help if anyone has any other ideas, than please post them.

We have been calling all the time,  98% of the time there is a message that the 'mailbox is full', or some other excuse.  There is an Attorney General's order to cease and desist but I know they are still scamming people.  THis has been so frustrating. There is so much information about this company on the web, Im sorry we were nlindsided by their deceptive and fraudulent business practices. We have been in touch with government agencies. It still has not translated in getting our money back.

start by calling 1-800-HELPFLA to file a complaint and it will be passed along to be looked at.  Are they still in business??  When was the last time you actually were able to talk to someone there??
