Coaster Company Reclining sofa Nationwide

We purchased 2 Clifford double reclining sofa from Coaster company through Direct buy. It was mentioned as leather sofa of high quality when we went through the catalog and their description . We purchased the sofa in June 2014. Usage of the sofa is average but in June 2016 we saw that the sofa has scratches at few places and on observing carefully we saw that it was peeling away at many place.

We thougt we could get it fixed and called local Sofa repair stores. When they checked the sofa they told us that the leather is not of good quality and cannot be fixed. Even if it is fixed as it is of worst quality, it will start peeling off again.

I contacted Coaster company and the only reply I got was that it was out of warranty. They have clearly gave us wrong information  which made us purchase the sofa. When we brought the sofa and paid a lot of money we were under the impression that we will be using it atleast for 10 years and within 2 years the sofa is in such a bad shape. As we use this sofa in our fmaily room, we are unable to invite guests .
