Complaint Review: Cobb County Water St. Paul Insurance Companies

The county hired companies to construct an underground tunnel for sewage waste. The Tunnel Boring equipment was the promise of high tech and virually no disturbance of neighborhoods.

The contract awarded by Cobb County on the construction company website stated that "Blind Drilling Blasting with explosives" could be used when the contractor warranted.

Outcome of the tunnel project, has dried up many natural creeks and substantial ground water losses in some of the construction areas. My lot has a creek that feeds to the Chattahoochee River and serves as irrigation water for my lawn and trees. The creek has never failed to provide water flow even is the worst of drought. During the droughts is when I used the water for irrigation.The creek is dry and has not had flow since the project impacted this area.

The insurance investigator from St. Paul, Mr. Charles Sills has reported to our state that his experts did not feel they were liable. The county manager has not intervened as I requested and the data I need to prove my case is "unavailable".

This is a concerted effort to defraud Georgians and taxpayers of due process and remedy. Shame on Cobb County, St. Paul Insurance and the whole bunch of filth.
