Complaint Review: Cobra Home Security

Fernando Sanchez of Cobra Home Security installed a tattered and unprofessional looking camera job in my home September 2013. I have lived with it and not bothered him about the wires because he was too fat to squeeze into my attic. I have had to hire a handyman to help him during the install and that was never decucted from the installation fee. He left wires hanging and very unattractive on the exterior of my home. He was always late and did not keep his appointments to complete the install.

 On October  2014, I have had to beg him to come help with a recording on the DVR and he did not keep his appointment time. Mr. Sanchez came late 9 pm with his wife and kids in the car.  He was in a hurry, came and downloaded some files to a thumb drive and never stayed to make sure it could be opened. He said he would retun on a 4 days later on a Monday. He never called or returned any of my calls to help. I have asked him to return to service me and was going to pay for the service call. He knew this was due  to an incident at my home and he never responded  nor cares bout the urgency nor does he keep his appointments. Very unprofessional. I would not use this company. If there is an incident at your home he will not come to service you thoroughly , properly, and keep his appointments.
