Complaint Review: Mark Phaneuf Luke Sample Jon Shugart

Cobra Mailer/Mailer Millionaire, Mark Phaneuf, Luke Sample, Jon Shugart, Maxx Media, LLC, Keyword Rockstar Inc. Not working, very buggy platform, lots of problems, No Refund so they are not obligated to fix the problem... Cape Girardeau Missouri

On Dec 07, 2013 I paid $1,497USD to them.

After trying to send out emails and finding out it didn't work at all... I emailed them. Then they emailed me back...

On Dec 31, 2013. I got this email from them. Quote"programmers have taken several servers offline to do upgrades. While the servers are offline the mailing platform will not send and will go to an "error" on any broadcasts for members that are on those servers."

At the end of April 2014, I emailed them asking for re-activation ... Mailer Millionaire Monthy Subscription - Every month $297.00

On Apr 23, 2014, I got this email from them. Quote "first step is to see that the payment details we have on file are still accurate.
You can check your status here. https://mailermillionair.customerhub.net"

At this time I paid another $297USD for the promise of a working emailing system, but...

On May 16, 2014, I emailed them: Quote "I just sent 3 emails from the platform, but then it showed status as ERROR??!!
Why? Is the platform working?? The URLs in the emails are not working when I click on them!"

On May 20, 2014. I got this from them. Quote "Hi, I have fwd this to the programmers, the stats issue will be fixed as from time to time the reporting engine stalls and has to be restarted. The error on broadcast the programmer will look into and Keep in mind if you are trying to send emails TO that new domain then they will not arrive, see below for reason."

On May 23, 2014. I emailed them again. Quote "Okay the platform is working now with open & click tracking... Thanks.
So... Is any pre-populated link working?"

On May 23, 2014, I got this email. Quote "Hi,the pre pop link looks fine, it is not the software that does anything with the prepop code, it is all done on the offer landing page by code within the page, if it does not work then it is nothing to do with the software, it is the offer page, do not lose time if you try and it does not work either grab another offer or mail without the code.   "

On May 23, 2014, I emailed them back "Hi Logan, Link A and B below both show that the landing page is capable of receiving prepop values."

On May 25, 2014, I emailed them. Quote "Hi Logan, I've just tested a new relay I got from Mandrill,
and it doesn't work as the email got hard bounces 3 times but those email addresses are my personal working addresses and one from Mail-Tester! "

On May 25, 2014. I got this Quote"H, this happens usual when your settings are wrong, I have fwd to the programmer to check and advise"

On May 26, 2014, I emailed them again. Quote "Hi Logan, After so many attempts and so many errors/failure...
This platform hasn't been working properly and doesn't deliver what was advertised at all...
Therefore, please cancel my subscription ... and refund me $297 AND the initial $1497. Thanks, "

On May 26, 2014. I got their email... Quote "Hi, we of course have to remain 100% consistent on the no-refund policy across the board no matter the reason, as stated prior to your purchase in the sales webinar.

The no refund terms were also clearly stated in the "Terms Of Service" which you initialed at the time of purchasing as having read, understood and agreed to. The "Terms Of Service" text on the order page was hyper linked to the agreement so you could look at what you were agreeing to before agreeing to them and making the purchase. You have received access to all information, viewed it, received data, etc.

The good news is that in signing up for the system, you are of course guaranteed to be able to cover the membership costs after the first 60 days at a bare minimum.

There are only a few possibilities of not making money with the system:

1 - You haven't followed instructions
2 - You have something setup incorrectly
3 - You need more data
4 - Your emails or offer choices aren't good

All of these are easily fixed which is why we put our reputation where our mouth is on the guarantee and will personally fix any issues you have to ensure you hit the goals. Because of our commitment to you guys on this, we require the same commitment back that you will take action.

Until then we will cancel your membership at the end of the current paid month so that you will not be billed further, and then place it on hold. This way if you would like to continue working with us or come back at a later time we can re-activate your account without the need for you to pay the signup fee again.

They sold me a Not Working system with many many bugs for $$$$$... That's a first LIE and FRAUD.

With so many malfunction, delayed time, trial and error, the value is under $20 because it's NOT WORKING!!!

Buyer be aware of their tempting offer that you will make lots of money with their Working system... Lie Lie Lie

And since they have a No Refund Policy, they just do nothing and keep charging you $297 PER MONTH!!!

Or they can delay the response time and let it drag on for the $297 PER MONTH profit!!!
