I don't know much about the quality of Coby's products. This is about its mythical customer service.
I was unable to get the DP-102 photo frame I bought to work with my iMac computer, even though the owners manual said it would.

I e-mailed the techsupport address for help with five questions. They replied with one question answered, and the answer was there is no way to edit the camera S-card to eliminate some photos or reorient (rotate) any of them. For that, I assume I need a computer.

Three times I called their tech support number. Each time I was put on hold by a message and told my call would be answered in the order it was received. The message helpfully kept me informed where I was in the queue - 14th, then 9th, then 4th.

Getting to 4th was the kiss of death. Each of the three calls was then ended after I was told I was 4th with the message "all service representatives are busy helping other customers. Call back another time."

Despite my threats in subsequent e-mails to use this site, write the company headquarters and return the frame to the retailer with stern advice that they stock Coby products no more, I got no reply, e-mail or phone.
