I've contact Groupon before about this product failing after 3 months since I bought it from Groupon. This product is well within the warranty period listed on the site. Groupon couldn't do anything about it so I reach Summit for warranty replacement. Not only they took a long time to respond, they also ask me to pay for Return shipping otherwise they won't replace it! And it has to be in Money Order which cost more money! 
So I did it anyways, and when I finally got my replacement back after 2 weeks of drag (I am literally 25 miles away from their warehouse); they ship a product that is much lower grade and is much cheaper as a replacement. I wrote back again and they just vanished!! 
I would definitely discourage anyone to buy any Coby products because your company is putting out trash to sell and this company won't honor their warranty properly! This is one of the worst experience I have and I will definitely file more complaints in other online resources about Groupon and Coby.
