I sent a Coby V-Zon HD MP977-4G in for warranty repair along with a money order for $10. They received it July 6, 2013 with signature confirmation. To date, Sept 14, 2013, they have not responded. I have sent multiple emails that go unanswered along with phone calls that also are not answered.
